Dash Trim for Model S & X

I would like to swap out my carbon fiber for wood grain dash trim in my 2018 model s. I am about to purchase a full set of woodgrain dash trim from a model X. Are the part numbers the same and will the model X dash trim fit in my model s?

I'm get the dash trim tomorrow. I have an appointment at Tesla on September 7 to swap out. I should have the whole set of dash trim including sliding draw, cup holders, and the other prices. I'll let you know.

I had an appointment today from a third party garage. But, I wasn't sure they would be able to do it so I canceled. I really want to have Tesla change it out. So,no it has not been swapped.

Are you still looking to buy carbon fiber trim? I may have a complete 9 piece set for Model X. How much you trying to pay? I believe it about $1,100 from tesla is what I’ve seen on here but not sure if it’s more for the newer graphite trim or if that included all 9 pieces

Yes I have done it it’s not that difficult. The hardest part is the Cupholder. Just cuz it can get damaged if not careful in u

Sorry it sold. But there are other options if you’re wanting to do carbon fiber overlays but it’s definitely a lot more than buying it factory in matte from Tesla.
Or I have someone in Ukraine that makes complete trim sets in forged matte and gloss for around what Tesla charges. Or you do overlays like these on any trim even if scratched etc. There’s probably another 20 different color/weaves that are all unique and different. I do have a set of dark ash wood without the sliding tray though.
