I managed to place an order on a M3P EAP ex demo with 900 miles for more than a few thousand off the OTRP. Having had my eye on a Tesla for some time now, this deal seems great combined with the 0% offer at the moment.
I did enquire about having it delivered to my address, but was told that as it as an ex demo with an already allocated site, this would be not possible.
This is fine with me, as it isn't that far of a train journey to collect.
I've been double checking the figures prior to receiving further contact from Tesla / arranging payment and have noticed on the Order Booking Agreement there is:
Delivery and Registration Fee £935.00
Then there is also a separate 'registration fee of £55' at the final section of the invoice. Given that the UK registration fee is £55, I assume that the £880 fee is delivery (thus not valid?).
Can anybody shed any light on this - it's either a mistake or I'm missing something!
