Delivery in Nebraska

Planning to order my MY today and am trying to structure my cash flow for delivery. I'm assuming amount due to Tesla for at delivery is MSRP + delivery fee (I believe ~$1200). Taxes/licening all still done post delivery at the DMV? Thank you in advance!

In Lincoln, NE and picking mine up in Kansas City on Monday.

Yes, taxes/license is paid at the local DMV...so be ready for the approx. $5 grand hit.
