I found only one destination charger at a hotel we booked in NE Ohio. Is that it or are others just not listed. That’s along the I90 corridor.

Not sure, since you didn't give us a lot to go on, but I recommend you use plugshare.com to look up L2 charging stations. That will give you J1772 chargers as well as Tesla chargers. Either will work, and you may find more J1772 chargers.

I think you have to have "Tesla" activated in the filters to show destination chargers?

Well yes, you need to set up the filters as you want for your car. You can use the Manage Vehicles feature of plugshare to add your specific vehicle and it will set up the filters as appropriate for your car, or you can always do it manually.
