Did Tesla just kill the cream interior just for the P100D?

I ordered a P100D Model S on Apr 29 with cream interior. I inquired with Tesla today about the wood and I will be getting the Oak Decor. I'm happy with that. It will be a rare combo.

Congrats! That will be a great combo.

I'm still trying to understand how they can come up with an elegant trim and color combination and essentially prevent anyone ordering it when they buy a P100D.

I checked again and the cream interior with the new wood trim option is still missing from the P100D.

Are they really withholding the newest interior trim option from their top of the line car?

Maybe they discontinued the light interior because it got stained too easily after ludicrous launches?

But seriously, ludicrous moves your butt few centimetres every time, lots of forces while fully seated, I wouldn't be surprised if there were more visible colorful transfer onto white seats.

Yep, I think the oak trim looks terrible too. Glad I got the ash. I think the graphite would look great with the white, but even with the black its going to be too dark.

I agree with you about the ash > oak.

However, I like the graphite with black but I understand how some think its too dark.

I prefer dark wood...still love my X config. Tan Seats with black headliner...wish Tesla would offer that again! It looks like they have a space gray trim around the 17 inch display now.

The problem right now is for anyone buying a P100D there is no real light interior option because the white seats still ship with the rest of the interior being black.

I realize some like black interiors and no one is talking about not making that an option but I hope they realize there are also those who prefer light interiors and the performance version of the Model S.
