Difference in Backup Reserve shown between the Tesla apps

What is the difference between the 10% Backup Reserve shown on the Tesla Pros app, versus the 5% shown on the Tesla app.

I dont know about the Tesla Pros app, but part of the capacity is hidden from the homeowner to ensure that the system has enough power to start up, if fully drained. That is likely the discrepancy you are seeing. 0% in the Tesla app isnt actually 0%. My guess is, since the Tesla Pros app is ment for "Tesla pros" (installers, etc) this capacity is not hidden there.

Thanks! That was the exact thread I had in mind to dig for when I was typing my response above. Thanks for doing that. I love our little community in this subforum :D

I had previously thought it was just adding the System's 5% reserve to whatever I had set it to on the Tesla app. But seeing that linear scale in the other thread makes more sense, because 10% Reserve on the Tesla app wasn't 15% Reserve on the Tesla Pros app but more like 13.3%.
 
Before I saw that graph I had already worked out the following.
