Display any or all of percentage remaining, rated miles/km remaining, estimated miles/km remaining at the top of the screen

Right now, the driver has a choice of displaying percentage remaining or rated miles/km remaining, but not both.

Have an option to display any or all of:

• Percentage remaining.
• Rated miles/km remaining.
• Estimated miles/km remaining (the number from the energy screen consumption graph that varies based on recent driving economy, which is similar to guess-o-meters in other EVs and distance-to-empty in ICEVs).

There is enough space up top to display all three, so why not have an option to display up to all three there?
