Do I have a lemon M3LR? Suggestions on next steps

I purchased a 2021 Model 3 LR as a demo vehicle, and it only had 400ish miles on it. Thus far, we have had nothing but issues. We do drive this mostly as is is far cheaper to drive than our 2020 Chrysler Pacifica. So far we have logged just short of 42,000 miles and really love the car except for all of the issues.

See below a list of what has been replaced:

-Replaced rear motor
-Heater went out twice during winter
second time replaced compressor, supermanifold
-Both tail lights replaced for condensation
-One headlight replaced for low brightness
-Replaced one camera as autopilot was unavailable
-Replaced occupant classification system filter module (OCS)
-Replaced left seat bar link joint
-Replaced front left stabilizer link bar
-Replaced both upper control arms

Non-replacement issues:

-rear windows will not roll up randomly at times, will stay in the vented position
M3 Creaking-frame *I think the frame* creaks after my rear motor replacement

The creaking is my current issue. I honestly think it’s a frame issue but I am no mechanic. Tesla service has been good, but the car feels in-safe at this point. My wife is now refusing to drive it as of right now.

I have a service appt scheduled for this Wednesday but unfortunately I am unhopeful of a fix.

Anything anyone can suggest?

Thanks!
