Dozens of 1 sec outages showing on Back Up History

Over the last several days, my back up shows literally dozens of 1 sec outages. Also I have noticed some of my LED lights flickering.

I don't know if this is somehow related, but something is strange.

Below is a screen shot from the APP showing just a few of these.

I have contacted Tesla support.

Comments on what is going on.
