I just had a Tesla mobile service guy come out. My recent experience with them was great. They fixed an issue I had which was with the interior trim and also the battery cover.
However, I had an issue with my drivers door scratching my paint and was told the door couldn't be doing this... But come on... What else could it be haha, not my shoes, I don't wear spiked shoes and I take really good care of my car!
Here's a pic attached, any advice how to get this handled, did anyone else experience a similar issue?
I must also mention the service guy thought you could precondition the AC for the model 3 as well....
Should I try again with another mobile service rep?
