I took the Tesla Cybertruck up Pikes Peak in Colorado. Here are some energy stats: 🤓

Going Up
Distance: 19mi
Total Energy: 24 kWh
Avg. Energy: 1,252 Wh/mi

Going Down
Distance: 19mi
Total Energy: -12 kWh (downhill, so negative)
Avg. Energy: -651 Wh/mi

Net (Total Trip)
Distance: 38mi
Total Energy: 12 kWh
Avg. Energy: 325 Wh/mi

- Gaining energy downhill was awesome, and the net output was way less than I expected.
- Drive by wire made this really fun, especially on tight turns.
- Met lots of folks who ♥️ the Cybertruck

Someone should build a purpose built Cybertruck to compete in the Pikes Peak Races and compete with the Lightning.

Too Bad Tesla doesn't have a Performance Division

Unfortunately without access to the vehicle programming it probably won’t happen because it’s locked down. Ford was physically there to help with that one but it would be dope
