Hi all,

Picking up a 2018 75D later this week.
Lots of toys added, but could do with the MCU upgrade.

Moving away from my 2018 Merc E-Class Coupe diesel. At least the steering wheel and drive selectors are familiar!

FYI : if your car was built after March of 2018 it'll already have the MCU2, anything before then was still MCU1
You're going to for sure want the update if it is a MCU1 car

Thanks for the welcome. Alas, it’s an early January 2018 so MCU…. Right?

ah yes I don't see it in the screenshot but you're probably SOL if it's a January build.

MCU 1 worked fine for me until they added lots of software features like the dashcam and sentry mode... then it just couldn't keep up
