My regular Tesla wall charger is not accessible for a few days due to some construction at my house. The nearest SC is about 50 miles.
I have a Tesla to J-1772 (48 A) adapter and a J1772 to 14-50. Put those on the wall charger, then two 14-50 extension cords, then the travel charger. About 90 feet total.
Voila! Charging at 32 A at 237 V.
