Favorites in Navigation not saving

Why do I keep loosing my favorites in navigation? I save my favorites and the next when I go to use them, they are gone. Help?

I had the same problem and believe it's because of sync errors with the Tesla online profile. I deleted the online profile and instead saved my profile locally, now all settings and navigation items are persistent

How would I do this?

It's something like phone app > Manage Drivers (bottom) > delete your profile (I can't do it because it's already gone). Then in the car, menu > profile at the top > manage driver profiles > and add a local profile
