Set navigation favorites via app?

I'm learning my new MYP, and I am trying to figure out Navigation Favorites. I have 10 years of favorites set up in my ICE car, and it's going to be tedious to get them into the Tesla. Is there a way I can sit in the ICE car with my phone and reading the old GPS favorites, then get them to the Tesla system via the phone App?

If you have an iPhone, you can get the destination up on a map on your phone, (or a location entered into a calendar event) and then use the share tab to send the destination to your MYP. I believe this works with Android too. You can then favorite the destination in your Tesla.

With an Android, I connected the phone to the car via Bluetooth. On the phone I allowed audio and contacts. They all show up.
