FedEx Payment?!?

I’m somewhat annoyed that I have a partial payment check from my lender that Tesla wants me to FedEx to them in Vegas. Shouldn’t that be a part of the $1,200 delivery & doc fee?

Those of us in Texas had to do the same thing. My lender fedexed mine for me. Maybe yours would do the same?

No, it shouldn't be part, because if you paid cash or financed through Tesla, you wouldn't incur it.
It seems to be the lender fault by not providing option to pay all at once

Uh... I used Alliant and they paid Tesla somehow directly. Wonder if it matters who you use? They do a lot of business with Tesla but there should a way for your lender to pay Tesla if you are paying the rest in your own cash (I gave them a personal check at delivery for the balance).
