This was an interesting sale listing:
HISTORIC TESLA ROADSTER SOLD (2012) on Car And Classic UK [C770337]
From the special plaque, I think I can make out the VIN as:
SFZRE4B10B3000648
This is interesting to me because the region code is 4 which I assume is usually Australia.
The VIN decoder someone once posted only included these "Make/Region designated for" codes:
1=Tesla NA RHD (North America Left Hand Drive)
2=Tesla EU/APAC LHD (European Union/Asia Pacific Left Hand Drive)
3=Tesla EU/APAC RHD (European Union/Asia Pacific Right Hand Drive)
Since then, looking at various international Roadster for-sale listing, I concluded that other region codes could be:
4=Australia / New Zealand
5=Japan
6=?
7=?
8=Hong Kong
I wonder if they were making that last RHD for Australia, then someone in Jersey bought it instead?
