So I replaced factory battery on my X in Feb with Ohmmu.
Last month I get the error message about 12v battery.
I did the disconnect negative then loop fix and yes the message went away.
However I didn’t want to have to tear the frunk apart every time to get to the battery so I did this:
I disconnected the factory negative on both ends and left it in place.
I installed 0 ga ofc from negative post through circuit breaker then back to factory ground bolt.
I mounted this so if I get error again all I have to do is remove the panel nearest windshield and push the circuit breaker button then the loop is right there as well!
If I ever have to take it to service it’s a simple removal and reconnect factory ground no “evidence”. Lol
