Fixing service center routing optimization issues.

1. Don't have me drop my damn car off unless the part has actually arrived.
2. Don't schedule my drop off until you are within a day (or couple hours) of being ready to actually start the work.
3. Don't keep legally drivable cars more than 1 day unless something catastrophic is discovered or active work requires it - following rules 1&2 will prevent this.
4. Based on the work required, intelligently calculate the time cars are held.
5. If the location entered in the app for the work required is a service center (when asking what my ranger-able location is), just list the service center immediately. Replacing seats is not likely within ranger scope, so the app should not ask for home/work address.

Awesome things done:
1. Leaving a little die cast model of my car as a gesture of apology
2. Parking my car at the supercharger so I can pick it up full
3. Being courteous (as always) at the drop-off l
4. Text messages updating status
