Formatting SSD for Sentry

Does anyone have instructions on how to manually format SSD for Sentry & Dashcam? My SSD is 2TB (Amazon sent me a 2TB when I ordered a 500GB) and I need to partition and format it to 1TB so that my Model Y recognizes it. I'm currently on a Mac with the latest OS installed

I don’t know if there’s a maximum size for dashcam drives, but you can format it in the car using Controls > Safety > Format USB Drive. If you format it elsewhere, use exFAT (FAT32 works too) and make sure you create a TeslaCam folder.
