Does anyone know if Tesla is offering its Referral Program prize winners (in the US) the choice of DC vs AC for its Founders Series Powerwall 2?

Question #3: Does Tesla plan to include installation (as was advertised briefly in the early days of the Oct 16, 2016 through Feb 15, 2017 Referral Program)?
Question #4: If the prize is re-sold, does the warranty transfer (as it did with my Model S)?
