Free 1,000 miles supercharging

We took delivery of our Model 3 4/30/19. How will I know if the free supercharging game sheen applies to our account? Do I have to wait for weeks before it kicks in? When I go to the Tesla app it only shows the places where I can charge. My Tesla account page shows pay per use charging.

The app shows chargers near by ..u can charge at any supercharger ..Tesla usually lags on updating account I wouldn’t worry and just charge if needed

I found the opposite they won’t charge for some time and even if they did a call in will get it reversed ..i wouldn’t worry to much ..congrats on ur new car !

Click on your loot box from the app, it will show how many miles of supercharging you have remaining.

In regards to the “referral reward” SC miles granted....do they expire in 6mo. as some have referenced, or are they good-until-used?
