Does anyone know what this bolt does in the circled screen shot? Does it adjust the height alignment of the door? My door height alignment is off by just a smidge and it bothers me because I know about it. I'm wondering if tightening/loosening this bolt will adjust it or not as it looks to be an easy adjustment if it is.

That “knob” looks more like an adjustment to whatever is inside… possibly something to do with how easy/hard it is to swing the door.

One of the bolts in the picture shows signs of being worked on (paint is scrubbed off the bolt head by a socket). It’s possible that whatever the reason it’s was worked on led to the door being off alignment. And I’d guess you more likely to get it to adjust by loosing that bolt (along with another similarly positioned bolt below it), adjusting doors alignment before tightening them back.
