Front suspension noise - what is this?

Hi there
55k miles
there is some crackling noise from front passenger side (wheel area) while moving over bumps
i took the wheel off and did brief inspection but did not see anything

looks like its a common issue with upper / lower arms

interesting update: my car is out of warranty (56k miles), but tesla did not charge me for labor, so i had to pay only for parts -~180 for both left and right control arms which is quite nice (I've seen some ppl were billed 0 and goodwill was applied, but others were billed 1000$ )
repair took 1.5hr
