Front trunk obstruction

The flap of the front trunk of my model S has an obstruction, can't open it.

If the flap of your Tesla Model S front trunk is not opening, you may want to first check that there isn’t anything blocking the way. If something is blocking the path, gently remove the obstacle and try again. Additionally, you can open it from inside your car by pressing down on the latch located at the bottom of your glove box. If these steps do not work, please contact Tesla service for further assistance.
