Frunk thinks it's opened

Hi,

Today my alarm went off for no apparent reason. Nothing on video. But app shows frunk is open.

The next time I tried to drive, I got a warning that the frunk is open, and now I can't engage cruise control or autosteer or anything. Is this something I can easily fix?

Anything else I'd be happy to wait to take in for service, but I feel this is severely limiting the safety of this car, and I'm not even sure if the alarm will be active now since it thinks the frunk is open. I confirmed it still locks when I walk away so that's good.

Update: windshield wipers give me a warning that I have to bypass on the screen. I'm not sure if they would work automatically but to me that's a bigger hit to safety than lack of autopilot!

Update: it suddenly started working again. Still going to get service to check it out but hopefully doesn't happen again before then!

When all else fails, reset the computer

I had tried hard-resetting the car (brake + both steering wheel buttons, screen reboots and the entire car too I think?). Unfortunately that didn't do the trick. When it started working magically, it had just been parked outside for a few hours.
