Do you think there's any issue keeping the mobile connector permanently connected to this extension cord? I'm in Denver and have some interest. My 14-50 is on my wife's side of the garage and if I get this I could strap it to the ceiling and run it to my side of the garage. She refuses to switch sides lol.

No, I don't think it's a problem. It's 30 feet long, rated for 50 Amps. I had to put twice as much cable in to my house to get from my breaker box to the garage.
