I have a Full width tail light strip for the Model3 /Y. New in box, decided to not install after a friend installed it and seeing how it affected the accuracy of the camera reverse guide lines due to the lower repositioning of the rear cam. There also a slight reddish image and you can see the outline of the light from the top part of the camera view but that doesn't impact the view of the back. If you have a wide license plate frame on the 3, it may not fit either. The Y is ok since the space between is wider. If you can overlook these flaws, it does look great on the car otherwise.
