Another sign of something on the horizon? Elon always said that until there was a FSD feature that needed HW3 he would not be rolling out the upgrade. Not sure that advance summon really counted and FSD preview was not really a feature imho. Stopping at stop lines and traffic lights is - rumoured to be a Tesla vehicle/vehicle enabled feature of 2020.12 - which might explain why largely US only.

Whilst there have been some upgrades so far, these seem to have been as and when. This seems to be a concerted effort.
