    Elon tweeted this yesterday...does everyone believe the timeline on this?

    will this be available to all cars with autopilot?

    All AP2 cars are supposed to be capable of it, if you buy the upgrade and when suitable firmware arrives. AP1 cars will never get there.

    AP2 cars rolled out around Nov 2016 right? so for AP1 cars, there is no way to purchase an upgrade?

    Nope. Tesla feels that the labor and new parts involved makes the upgrade not practical from a cost standpoint, so they aren't offering it.
