FWD paint damage and the repairs they do to 2016's. What to expect?

My 2016 MX is in because of a lock actuator and I want them to take care of the FW doors scraping the paint. What sucks is my car is already in and they say I have to make a separate appointment for the FWD issue. I need to grind them I guess.

But what do they do about the paint damage? It's their fault.

Very little. For me they put a bit of touchup paint on the spot and a small circle of PPF. Of course, it doesn't solve the underlying problem, so the first time you close your FWD it'll squish that area back again. At least it's covered by something rather than just being exposed metal though.
