Garage Flooring Tiles - Video + Photos

I’ve been seeing a lot of these garage floor tiles. Think I’m about to jump on the train too….

Any issues with mold or smell? Do the tiles need to be wash as maintenance?

There are different types of these tiles. If you get the ones the ones that allow water to drain through them (Race Deck calls them Free-Flow), then there will never be any issues with mold because the water drains right through them and if you garage is pitched slightly like mine, the water drains out the door. As for cleaning, most of the dirt falls through them to the floor below. So you can vacuum them and then mop them, but it's really not necessary. If they get really dirty from a salty/slushy/snow covered car, you can also powerwash them even without taking them up.
