Just a shout out and suggestion for anyone who might be passing through Southern Missouri on I-44. Gasconade Hills Resort Home is a relatively new destination charger site. They have 2 solid 80 amp HPWCs and 2 J-1772 chargers on site. They're located a bit Northeast of Lebanon on I-44. It is more a camp site than a 'resort', but they have cabins you can rent if you don't want to camp in your Tesla or a tent. Further, they have rental of kayaks and canoes and will take you to the drop off (usually there at the camp ground) and pick you up after paddles of varying distances (as short as 4 miles).
The owners are very EV friendly and do not require you to be a guest. Once Rolla Supercharger opens this will not be a 'necessary' stop for us, but it's a great location for a day trip from St. Louis, Springfield, Joplin, Jefferson City, Columbia, etc. Where you can leave the car to charge, and enjoy a day on the water with the family or spend a night camping.
*BTW, the phone number on the Tesla.com site and on the NAV is not correct. The correct number is 573-765-3044. Also the web link is wrong on the Tesla site.
