Getting Regen at 100% (full regen at 98%)..after they dropped my rated miles

2017 X75D with 36k miles.. After I upgraded to latest software two weeks ago my 100 percent rated range dropped from 222mi to 217mi immediately and that has been consistent over 1000 miles and SC and home charging.

Other people on the S forum (mostly 85kwh batteries) have seen even larger drops

My issue now is I see sizable Regen at 100 percent (used to see these dashed lines showing limited Regen). I get maybe 50 percent Regen and FULL Regen already at 98% battery,

My two cents: Tesla is not charging by battery as much as before (5 miles less or 1.5kwh) but is still showing me 100% SOC.

Anyone else?

I've never charged my battery to 100%. I've only had the care two weeks. Is this something I should do every once in a while to maintain battery health? I was under the impression its only for long trips.
