going out of town

Hi All,
I am going out of town for two weeks. Do I leave the car plugged in at a lower (50%) cap? Do I leave it unplugged? Does it really even matter? Still new to the Tesla world, and trying to figure it all hep. All input is appreciated. Thank you!!

My strategy is to leave it plugged in. Set to 80% or less.

Exception - if severe storms are forecast in the area. Then I charge to 90% and leave it unplugged.

No, car will be safe at home in garage. Just curious what to do. Like I said, just new to the whole concept and want to make sure I don't mess anything up

Yes, electrical power spikes. We occasionally have big storms here. I know risk is low, but why take the risk?

Car is safe in the garage from other storm effects.

Tesla told me leave it plugged if more than a couple of days , even its set on 200 miles.
