My Model S is almost 4 years old. Received an alert that the 12V battery was low and to contact Service for replacement. When I logged onto the app, there was already a special checkbox for the 12V battery, along with the frunk latch recall check. Made an appointment at the nearby Service Center. Brought it in at the right time, and while the SC was hoppin' busy, they took my car in right away while I sat in the customer lounge with free cookies, water, and coffee. 30 minutes later they had replaced the 12V battery, checked the frunk latch and adjusted all four tire pressures. So nice.
