Third Tesla (X) and my first small accident.
Hit in the back in town by person probably looking at his phone.
low speed and just minor damage.
the bumper needed some new parts with reflectors and minimal painting.
so.....knowing stories about issues with parts I was anticipating weeks before all would be perfect again.
via tesla made contact with Carrosserie de Gingins SA - Gingins.
showed the damage, made appointment for week later, received a 1 month old Tesla 3 as replacement for the two days they needed to fix the car.
all went very smooth, great service from the repairshop.
for the non French, they speak perfect English too!
