Autopilot and TACC on my Model 3 suddenly stopped working. Made an appointment Sunday night on the app and left a note detailing the problem. Got a text the next morning from Tesla with an explanation of how to fix the problem, which worked. So impressed with the response from them!

This is the text:

TESLA - Good morning Steven, my name is Andrew and I'm with Tesla's Virtual Service Team, overlooking pending appointments. I believe the AP/CC concern may be firmware related. Would you mind unplugging any USBs you may have have plugged in, disable Sentry Mode, then leave the vehicle, close the door, then get back in? This may resolve it. Please let me know if that works. Thank you
