Harness Drive Unit

I took my Tesla 2022 Model Y to Discount tire on October 29th to get the tire rotation done. It had 8000 Miles. After 45 min the guy from discount tire
came and told me that the vehicle could not be started. I believe it was the 12 volt battery that was dying up on me. I called tesla road side assistance and they came and dropped off the car at Tesla service centre.

After Tesla's initial diagnosis said the problem was with the harness somehow got damaged and ordered the parts. Does anyone know why this happened?

I like Discount Tire, however if there was any problems with my car after someone put it up on a lift, I would start looking underneath for physical damage.
