Has anyone driven a Model 3 with studded tires?

I live in Montreal and always run studded tires, more recently factory studded Nokians and Gislaved which are noticeably quieter then the dealer installed studs.

I drove RWD BMW’s for years but most recent was an X drive with factory studded and was phenomenal. Ordered a SR + and my wife is not thrilled to go back to RWD but don’t have the budget for awd long range.

With windows closed on the BMW you really don’t hear the studs at all.

But the Model 3 is very quiet, I did not put studs on my Leaf but it was also a tin can with lots of wind and road noise (loved it though!)

Has anyone actually tried the studs ona 3 or S?

Not looking for opinions or guesses or a stud no stud debate

Ive been running studded Nokian Hakka 9’s on my LR AWD since October in Alaska. Awesome set up. We had a colder and lower snow than typical winter, lots of ice. We run studded Nokians on all our vehicles. The Hakka 9 are much quieter then the 7, 5, 4 we currently have on other vehicles.

I know of three other model 3’s, two X and 5 S’s all running studded Nokians up here as well.
