Model 3: RWD Tires Michelin Defender 2 or Nokian encompass aw01

Hi

I have RWD Model 3, 2018, 71000 miles, and my rear tires wear out faster than the front tires.

Currently, I have michelin (I believe Pilot) tires, and the rear ones have tread depth of 2 and the front ones are at 6.
Do I need to replace all of them?
Or can I just replace the rear ones?
And can I replace the rear them with Nokian aW01?

Any suggestions?

I am doing it at discount tire and they are pushing for Nokian. I haven't heard much about them

Thanks,
Rajesh

Just joined forum so late reply with moral support.

On Model 3 AWD I just replaced original Michelin MXM4 AC tires at 30k miles. Really. Car just 2 1/2 years old and tires already gone. Rear wore faster than front as well on AWD. Just bought Nokian Encompass AW01 all-weather tire (not “EV”), based on reviews here. (Fwiw, Nokian is established Finnish company w/ tire manufacturing in Tennessee.) Still evaluating impact on range but ride is smoother and handling feels solid.
