Is there anyway Tesla can help me, since the car is considered total loss and insurance company is paying me pennies
Get a better insurance policy next time. My 2015 P85D was totaled and my insurer, USAA, eventually paid the full used car value, plus $10,000, which the policy provided for cars declared a total loss. It was a great contribution toward the price of my new Model S Plaid.

Aside - I think the OP is trying to claim that they are not at complete fault even though they rear-ending someone. I hope that they are not going to try to use "I was using AutoPilot." as an excuse because that would never fly.

With that said, what is the insurance company offering? @Khans4
