Headlight

Is there a way to adjust the fit of the headlights to the surrounding body parts? Driver side to right off headlight is well below the fender and hood trim.

It usually should be the other way, headlight’s have dedicated brackets and the body panels are adjusted around it to be aligned. There is something not right under the panels on yours as the light should not be behind them. Here is one good example
