Help buying a car from 3rd party.

I’m flying out tomorrow to go purchase a new to me car from a dealer about 11 hours away. We currently own a MS so am familiar with adding a car to my account. It says on Teslas web site that it can take 2-3 days to add the vehicle to my account after the appropriate documentation is provided . My question is how can I use the supercharges for the road trip back when the car is obviously going to say that supercharging is unavailable on the screen? Thanks for the help. Marc

You could use a CCS adapter instead of using Tesla Charger, and go to Electrify America, EVGo,...

Note: If the Tesla account is still valid under the previous user,
get a pre-paid debit card loaded with the amount needed for your trip
and ask to have this card to be assigned on the current Tesla account.

Otherwise, be prepare to use L2 chargers, and take a nap while charging.

No it should be instant on your tesla app
Ask the seller to initiate remove car from his tesla app and it will prompt him with new buyers email

You will get instant email adding the car to your tesla app and as long you have a CC on file supercharge will work

I did this twice no problem what so ever
The key is make sure he does all this and and you confirm and see the new car on your tesla app
