Help! Diagnostic needed

Does anybody know who can troubleshoot the car? I have a p85. Last week a software upade came in like usual. I started it and i guess in the middle of it it failed. When i got back in the car now it gives me whole bunch of issues. Software update needed, car wont charge, car also wont start. Please let me know if anybody knows who can fix this issue.

If it is under warranty, use that.
If not, it is likely 12V battery. And that scrambled update process.
Reset it as step one. Then do the software update again if possible.
If you have use 12V charger to charge 12V battery.
If you have, use voltmeter to measure 12V system voltage.
Do the software update if voltage is 12.6V or more.
