[HELP] Model S P85 2013 Vin help

Hello guys,

New and hope future tesla owner here.

So im looking for a Tesla P85 and with my budget and millage range this is ATM the best option for the budget. I have 2 car's in vision to see but looking for the VIN'S there is something that isnt right...

So first Tesla is a P85 in car dash info with VIN code 5YJSA2DP7DFP16863

The second say P85 too in car info dash with VIN code 5YJSA2CNXDFP23953

But decoding the VIN the second car show's:

Digit 7 - C = 10kw Charger, with DC Fast Charge
Digit 8 - N = Base A/C Motor, Tier 7 Battery (81-90 kWh)

So is or not a real P85 the second car/vin?

I dont have any other way to confirm more info...

If someone can search info about this 2 VINS that can alert me for a bad purchase please appreciate.
