I am looking at purchasing my first model s. The car is in great shape. With the following facts is the asking price fair?

Asking 43k. Do you think that is a fair deal? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

I agree, high mileage, when should I worry about battery degradation.

Try and see if you can get the range @90% or better yet 100% (with picture) to put things in perspective.
