Help with a Wheel Fitment Question?

Would these wheels fit a 2024 Model Y Performance? I'm interested in going the square setup route.
I don't understand the wheel specs very well. These are x9 instead of what I thought was supposed to be 9.5, but the website says 100% will fit...
If they will fit, will I notice anything? will they look odd because they are smaller? Would I need spacers or something?

Andy advice would be appreciated.

To keep the outside face of the wheel tire where it is relative to the body with the stock wheels, you'll need 1/4" (6mm) less offset (half of the wheel width change). So +39 instead of +45 (for example).

According to here, your stock offsets are +40 front and +48 rear:

So you'd want to specify +34 front and +42 rear, IF you want to maintain the same flushness of the outer wheel/tire face to the fender/body. Note that some owners move them out even further (less offset) to get a more flush look.

Also mentioned on that page: your center bore is 64.1mm and your bolt pattern is 5x114.3.
