Yeah the problem is that I am not close to the service center. You can't talk to anyone at the service center so I've had to take off work and get a ride down there the day after to get the loaner and then take off again when its done to pick it up. This time, since it died at home on a Sunday night, I waited until business hours and reached out to the service manager and he sent the loaner up on the tow truck.
