i have model X 90d with one key ? can i make new key ?
if i have other key for tesla model X ? can i program it in my car ?

am liviving in ukraine no offical service here

No, only the Model 3 allows the owner to add and remove keys (assuming they have at least 1 in their possession). The Model X requires service to program the car to the key.
